The Circus is in Town

It has begun. The election fever. Even though it's still 6 months away. It has already swept the nation. More than the onslaughts of the recent typhoons.

Candidates are making their presence felt. Loyalties are beginning to shift. Intentions are beginning to show. Debates and arguments are already being heard around. The future of a country is now being written.

I feel that this election is an important one. Now more than ever. Not just politically, but for me personally. I'm at my point in my life that the decision I will make in my political life will be the most mature one. I'm at the prime of my intellectual and social self. I feel my vote has to be thought out very carefully and ethically, only with my love for my country as my driving force and nothing else.

And that is why I thought of dedicating a whole blogging space for my thoughts in this election. This is my thinking process leading to my vote. It is a serious vote. With all my passion for this country's future along with it.
